Remote Workforce Terms & Conditions

The following conditions apply for the entire service period and/or while the customer has the ability to log into Remote Workforce.

  1. Privacy policy and Newsletters
    1. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy, found at www.remoteworkforce.co.uk/privacy_policy.html
    2. By placing an order for any services you consent to Remote Workforce sending regular newsletters communicating any news, outages, and to keep you generally informed of Remote Workforce’s services.
  2. About us
    1. Remote Workforce and the counterpart website (www.remoteworkforce.co.uk) is operated under a sole trader of Andrew Atkinson. 5 Navigation Court, Waterside, Hanbury Road, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 4FD.
  3. The Order Process
    1. Orders are placed with the completion of a standing order and a signature on the Remote Workforce service contract.
    2. The monthly fee will not be altered without confirmation from Remote Workforce.
    3. Upon completion of the standing order Remote Workforce will provide a single user account details to login to the service online and any renewal of this single user access can be renewed via support options.
  4. Cancellation
    1. Each new service contract period will run indefinitely for 1 month, after the first payment. Thereafter a 14 day notice is required to cancel.
    2. Written confirmation sent to address found in (2.a)or email to billing@remoteworkforce explicitly labelled Remote Workforce, detailing the cancellation. Follow up communication between Remote Workforce and the Customer may take place to confirm the cancellation and the date of the last payment.
    3. When the written confirmation is obtained, 60 days will be left of the contract and any subsequent days that are part of another payment month that the service is used may be charagble.
  5. Payment
    1. Payment will be received every calendar month.
    2. The customer is aware that in any terms of non payment all access to remoteworkforce.co.uk may be restricted or removed.
    3. No refunds will be given by Remote Workforce for any service time period.
  6. Quality and Support
    1. Support will be provided free of charge for the entire system (anything available on www.remoteworkforce.co.uk) via online contact(email).
    2. Remote Workforce will not be liable, and is considered breaching of contract if:
      1. The problem arises because the customer failed to follow written or oral instructions as to the use of the service(if any); or
      2. The customer alters the service without Remote Workforce’s written consent; or
      3. The problem arises because of misuse
  7. Access to Remote Workforce
    1. The customer is responsible for making all arrangements necessary for the customer or the customers employees to have access to Remote Workforce. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access Remote Workforce through your Internet connection are aware of these terms and conditions.
  8. Service Level
    1. Remote Workforce will use our reasonable endeavours to make our servers available to you as part of the service you purchase for ninety-nine point nine (99.9) per cent of each calendar month. Remote Workforce do not warrant access to our servers will be uninterrupted or error free but we shall use reasonable endeavors to keep downtime to a minimum. Remote Workforce shall make all commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with advanced notification of all scheduled and emergency outages through newsletter or online support.
    2. Service credits are not given for any form of downtime or service unavailability.
  9. Support
    1. If a problem arises with regard to Remote Workforce then you may email support@remoteworkforce.co.uk anytime.
    2. Remote Workforce will help resolve any problems with the customer in a timely manner.
  10. Data
    1. All data that has been created by the customer on remoteworkforce.co.uk will be held for a minimum time period of one year after the final payment.
    2. The data is available on request to be delivered in raw data format, occurring an administration fee of £10 or free of charge if contract is still active.
  11. Events Outside Control
    1. Remote Workforce will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  12. Our Right to vary these terms and conditions
    1. Remote Workforce has the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect the service and the market affecting Remote Workforce service.
    2. Remote Workforce has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. The terms and conditions may be found at www.remoteworkforce.co.uk/terms.html
    3. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless it is in writing at www.remoteworkforce.co.uk/terms.html or signed on Remote Workforce behalf.
